1. Service Scope

YVN Medical Dispatch provides scheduling and dispatch coordination for home health visits. Booking requests submitted through our web portal constitute a reservation hold pending affirmative verification.

2. SMS Verification & Notifications

By submitting your phone number on our reservation portal, you consent to receive recurring automated transactional and verification text messages regarding your requested appointment.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies per appointment booking.
• Carrier Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You may reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS notifications.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support.

3. Cancellation & Hold Expiration

Reservation holds are held for 30 minutes. If the affirmative confirmation reply (YES) is not received within this period, the reserved slot is automatically released.
